Vinification: Partially destemmed grapes, 1 day of pre-fermentative maceration and 2 days of fermentation in cement tanks with refinement at 8º Baumé.

Colour: Bright amber.

Aroma: Pleasant, dried fruits, slightly iodized, with hints of honey and cocoa and slight notes of wood.

Palate: Soft and delicate, with notes of dried fruits.

Final of proof: Very long and complex
