The gin Nordés is defined as an "Atlantic Galician Gin", that is to say, a gin of Galicia in Spain with a strong influence of the Atlantic.

The gin Nordés uses in its composition, in addition to about 15 traditional botanists, a well-known Portuguese grape: the alvarinho grape. It is exactly the use of this exclusive grape from Portugal and Spain that gives the character differentiated to gin Nordés.
