Liquor
Liquor is a sweet alcoholic beverage composed of alcohol mixed with fruits, herbs, spices, flowers, seeds, roots, tree bark, creams and a sweet substance that can be sucrose, honey or glucose. The term comes from the Latin liquore, "liquid". Liqueurs are not usually aged for long, but can be left to age for some time until they reach their ideal flavour.
