The Sauternes "Château l'Ecole" is one of the properties of the Gonet Médeville family. Made from the following grape varieties: Muscadelle, Sauvignon, Sémillon, and Sauvignon Gris. This white wine is pale gold in color, brilliant, and "fat". The nose is powerful, with aromas of pineapple alongside those of white flowers and apricot. On the palate, this wine is fine and delicate, with a good balance. The final notes are of citrus fruit and dried herbs.
