Region: Macedo de Cavaleiros, Trás-os-Montes.
Soil: Shisty origin, with medium clay content and presence of quartz.
Climate: Temperate with continental characteristics.
Winemaking: Harvested manually by grape variety. Manual selection of each bunch. Total destemming followed by light crushing of the berries. Light cold maceration of the Touriga Nacional skins. Static must be placed. Low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by aging on the lees until the end of January.
Grapes: Touriga Nacional (34%) and Tinta Roriz (66%).
Color: Brilliant pink.
Aroma: Young with good intensity. Very fresh wild red fruit, tree fruit, and floral notes stand out.
Palate: Dry, very smooth, and creamy. It has crisp acidity and a persistent and very elegant finish.
Consumption: Should be enjoyed at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC
