They are soft and aromatic wines, with predominant floral and fruity notes. They are usually provided with a firm acidity and low alcohol content. The wines that best illustrate the style are born in the denominations of Bucelas and Vinho Verde. These wines are light and mineral, tense and crystalline and of low alcoholic graduation, elaborated with the grape varieties of the zone - Arinto in the case of Bucelas and Alvarinho, Loureiro, Azal, Trajadura and Pedernã in the case of Vinho Verde.
