Vinification: Vertical pressing of whole bunches, natural decanting at 10ºC. Fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged in oak casks on fine lees until the blend is assembled. Soft filtration before bottling.
Colour: golden yellow, amber.
Nose: fresh and delicate aroma with hints of honey, peach, white flowers and candied fruit.
Palate: sweet, well-present acidity, candied apricots, white truffles. Complex and harmonious. Long and elegant finish.
Consumption: Ideal as aperitif or to accompany strong cheeses, Foie Gras and puff pastry. Should be served at 7 to 9ºC.
