Blanc de Blancs is obtained only from traditional white grapes to express the character of a region with a strong Atlantic influence. Fresh, sublime and very enveloping, produced with the traditional method. The grapes are lightly pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control.

Aromatic sparkling wine, refreshing, honest and elegant, with an inviting acidity. A wine that you will be happy to serve to your friends as an aperitif or in harmony with a good seafood menu.
