WINES: Vineyards of Casal Sta. Maria, exclusively dedicated to the production

YEAR: In contrast with a rainy April, with some disease pressure
in the vineyard, we had a very warm spring and early summer. At
Colares, we had a medium-low production year, with few bunches, but
but excellent flowering. The harvest started in August, covered by the Sintra
by the Sintra fog, and lasted until mid-October. The whites are
very aromatic and balanced, while the reds have good fruit definition and

THE WINEMAKER'S COMMENTARY: Made to be harmonious and empathetic,
as much as it identifies our terroir, this is a rosé where aesthetics is an absolute
criterion. Faint salmon colour with a bright appearance. Nose with notes of peach and
light mineral notes, together with elegant barrel notes. On the
On the palate, it is fresh, slightly saline, balanced and with
pleasant texture and intensity.
CONSUMPTION: Should be drunk at 8-10ºC. Should be opened between May
2021 and August 2022.
