THE WINE
The Loureiro caste, increasingly recognized on the national panorama, has unmatched
 qualities, namely for the aromatics it confers, and
and, depending on the provenance, in the elegance, it gives to the wines.
Made from two vineyards located in Ponte de Lima and in
Barcelos, it is a wine full of elegance, and freshness, the result
a very special year for this variety.
VINIFICATION
After a manual harvest, and transport to the winery in small boxes
(18kg-20kg), the clusters were destemmed, preceded by a light pressing
and decantation of 48 hours. Fermented in small stainless
in small stainless steel vats.
AGING
6 months in stainless steel
TASTING NOTES
This Loureiro has a floral aroma, with a greenish color, and
very refreshing.
SERVING / ENJOY
Salads, fat fish, and white meats and grilled at a temperature of
12ºC. It can be consumed immediately or within the next 5 years, as long as
stored in a cool and dry place, protected from light and without temperature
and without temperature fluctuations.
