A clear and shiny liqueur with an intense ruby colour. The aroma shows intense notes of sour cherry. It has a very fruity and elegant taste, with good acidity and alcohol content. It has a fresh, persistent and harmonious finish.
It is produced according to a conventual recipe, in a traditional manner and free from colouring and flavouring agents. After being harvested the sour cherries are selected and placed in a hydroalcoholic infusion in stainless steel vats where they are aged for a long period of time.
Serve as an aperitif or digestive. In order to enjoy all the elegance of this liqueur, it is best served at 14 to 15ºC. In the warm seasons it is recommended to serve chilled. It can be used in cocktails and gastronomy.
This product can be consumed by vegetarians, vegans and is also suitable for coeliacs. CONTAINS NO ALLERGENS.
