Zacapa 23's balance of delicate and unique flavours derives from a blend of rums aged between 6 and 23 years from the 'Sistema Solera' ageing process.

Zacapa 23 is aged in selected barrels that previously aged robust American whisky, delicate cherries and Pedro Ximénez fine wines, creating a smooth and balanced rum.

Zacapa 23 Rum is best served neat, on the rocks or in your favourite black spirit cocktail.

Nose:

Soft and sweet start with aromas of caramel, vanilla, cocoa and butterscotch. Continues with notes of caramelised Brazil nuts and toasted hazelnuts, rounded off by toffee, banana and dried pineapple.

Mouth:

Complex, generous and full-bodied. Starting with a depth of dried fruit and apricot, building to savoury oak, nutmeg, leather and tobacco with hints of coffee and vanilla, balanced with a spicy touch of cinnamon and ginger.
