Olive Oil / Vinegar

Olive oil is a food product extracted from olives. It is an ancient foodstuff, a classic of contemporary cuisine, regular in the Mediterranean diet and nowadays present in most kitchens. In addition to its health benefits, olive oil adds a peculiar flavour and aroma to food.

The word Vinegar comes from the French term vinaigre, which means sour wine, or acid. When made from grapes it is called wine vinegar, vinegar made from apples is called cider vinegar, that made from barley or oats is known as malt vinegar.
