"Probably one of the most challenging wines we have made to date."

The Little Wild Shoots, comes from the oldest system of green wine production, the Enforcado Vineyard. Capable of reaching almost 10 meters in height, this viticulture system is all uncontrolled, literally growing up trees, and all the vineyard work has to be done using ladders.

For most of the azal variety, this vineyard was planted in 1932 in Amarante. It produces rustic wines with very high acidity. Given the lack of lignification of the stalk of this variety, the grapes were destemmed by hand and fermented spontaneously on the skins for 30 days.

After pressing, they aged for about 7 months in barrels, of used French oak and Portuguese oak, and another 5 months in the bottle.

From one of the oldest vineyards in Portugal and with a re-edited flavor, it presents a numbered edition limited to 599 bottles, which will reach the market even before the end of this year.
