Tea

Tea is a drink prepared by infusing the leaves, flowers and roots of a tea plant, usually prepared with hot water. Each variety acquires a defined flavour according to the processing used, which may include oxidation, fermentation, and contact with other herbs, spices and fruits.

Olive Oil / Vinegar

Olive oil is a food product extracted from olives. It is an ancient foodstuff, a classic of contemporary cuisine, regular in the Mediterranean diet and nowadays present in most kitchens. In addition to its health benefits, olive oil adds a peculiar flavour and aroma to food.

The word Vinegar comes from the French term vinaigre, which means sour wine, or acid. When made from grapes it is called wine vinegar, vinegar made from apples is called cider vinegar, that made from barley or oats is known as malt vinegar.
