Port Wine stands out from ordinary wines for their particular characteristics: an enormous variety of types that surprise us in richness and flavor intensity, a very high persistence either aroma or flavor, a high alcohol content (usually between 19 and 22 vol.%) in a wide range of sweet and wide range of colors.

Madeira wine, or simply Madeira wine, is a fortified wine, with high alcoholic content, produced in the hillsides and wineries of the Demarcated Region of Madeira Island, under exceptional endoplasmic conditions for which natural and human factors contribute. It is the main product of the economy of the Autonomous Region of Madeira and a symbol of Madeira all over the world.
